| TERMS OF SALE We do not stock trophies--trophy orders must be placed 7 days prior to ship date. Orders placed less than 7 days notice must pay a 10% rush fee. Orders less than $50.00 will be charged a $10.00 handling fee. PAYMENT We accept Paypal, cash or money order only at this time. Order will be started when we receive a 50% deposit with balance to be paid prior to shipping. If you would like to pay the balance of your order by COD there will be a $10.00 per box COD/UPS charge. RETURNS, REFUSALS & REFUNDS All trophies are made to order, we cannot accept retuned trophies for refund. If UPS returns a pkg "Refused", or some other type of non-deliverable shipment, this account will be charged a 15% restocking fee & no other orders will be shipped until it is paid, plus future orders will be on a pre-pay basis only. DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT If you receive a damaged item, we will ship replacement parts to you. We only ship replacement parts by ground service. It is best to place order early to prevent mishaps. |
